1) Change Your Mind Pre-session Assessment

This simple assessment contains a list of the most common limiting beliefs to help you identify potential problem areas in your beliefs. You will use this list to determine one limiting belief in your life that you would like to release to create a better version of yourself. You will be taking this powerful first step so you can reframe your thinking to get free from self imposed limitations, make a new plan, and take a new action based on your new belief.  

2) The Nitty Gritty’s to Change Your Mind 

In this 90 minute session you get clarity on how the current belief you have chosen to work with is limiting you from courageously and confidently seeing what is possible. You’ll experiment and strengthen the muscle of your new viewpoints and by the end of the session you will have expanded your way of looking at your situation and will create action steps to courageously put your new ways of seeing your situation into action. 

Now you will have released that basket of boulders you carried on your back with that old belief, you can dance the happy dance as you experience the freedom of release and excitedly move into a new possibility!

3) Changing Your Mind Workbook

You will receive a customized workbook which will make it easier for you to keep track of your answers as you dig deep and work through the process to change your world. 

4) It's About Changing Your Mind Follow Up

We will meet again for 30 minutes so you can share the experiences of putting your new beliefs into action such as any feelings you have had, any resistance that came up, how others were impacted and to celebrate your successes. I want to make sure that new belief is anchored into your life in a way that keeps you moving toward your desires and find out if anything you're doing is not working for you so I can assist you in making adjustments to your new beliefs and actions.

Just to let you know: I personally understand this is hard stuff and that change can bring up instability. I will be supporting you through this process by checking in with you to see if you have any stuck points you may want to discuss and to let you know I am on the sidelines cheering you on because I KNOW you are capable.
